Windows PowerShell (Admin) ReadLine issue on first Keystroke

Reproduce the first-keystroke failure in an elevated Windows PowerShell session, then start at the PSReadLine entry points shown in the trace: Insert, ForceRender, and ReallyRender. Confirm that the initial character no longer raises System.IO.IOException and that subsequent command input still works.

Prerequisites

• Write a descriptive title.
• Make sure you are able to repro it on the latest released version
• Search the existing issues, especially the pinned issues.

Steps to reproduce

Any first keystroke throws the exception and causes error, but you can run commands after in the same failed ps readline. Only happens on the first key.

Expected behavior

Should not throw exception.

Actual behavior

Throws exception upon typing.
