Reproduce the report by opening a .ps1 or .psm1 file containing an enum declaration in VS Code, then trace the PowerShell syntax-highlighting grammar used by EditorSyntax. Done means enum declarations receive syntax highlighting without regressing existing PowerShell highlighting; compare the result with the behavior described in the issue.
