The option to delete a wayward note on PrePurchasing -- for example, leaving a note on the wrong PrePurchasing Request accidentally, leaving a note with a character or more in error [typos], etc. -- would be a helpful feature to keep that section of a given request relevant and tidy. Alternatively, if it is easier to implement, a "Are you sure you want to leave this note?" button could be a confirmation step that limits the kinds of note messiness described above.
