Research direction

Start by comparing TensorFlow Python's tf.linalg.LinearOperatorLowerTriangular with the tensorflow-java tf.linalg.triangularSolve entry point, including TriangularSolve.Options with lower=true. Determine whether the existing operation provides equivalent behavior or whether a separate Java API is needed; done means documenting the equivalence or defining the missing API clearly.
