Research direction

Open the lifecycle page at https://docs.sprites.dev/concepts/lifecycle/ and compare the existing idle-to-warm timing with the warm-to-cold wording. Review the linked user research for the questions users asked, then add one sentence stating the warm-to-cold timing or explaining why it varies. Done means the page answers what defines cold and how long it takes.

Written by the indexing model from the issue text.

Description

The lifecycle page gives idle-to-warm a number ("about 30 seconds today") but warm-to-cold only says "if the Sprite stays idle long enough." Users in both recent first run user research recordings asked exactly this ("what defines cold?" / "how long until it's cold?"). One sentence would fix it: state the timing, or say explicitly that it's variable and why.
