Hey Steven,

Thanks for this script!

I was testing using it on my workflow but my team PR titles need to follow a convention. Would it possible to add an option to have the stack order [2/5] at the end of the PR title?

Another small thing, when there is a pull request template file, the table requires an extra \n to have it separated from the rest of the description. Here I assume.
