I would like an Asset Directory — For example, as a developer how do I get USDC on Testnet? The answer is to use Circle Sandboxhttps://app-sandbox.circle.com/signup/sandbox, but this was not clear to me until I asked Circle team.

It'd be great to have a directory on Tier 1 Assets. For example, what their public key is so that developers can establish a trustline accordingly.
