## Description

Add support for evaluating a [Legendre polynomial](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Legendre_polynomials) at a value `x`.

Package: `@stdlib/math/base/special/legendre-polynomial`
Alias: `base.legendrepoly`

Dependent on an implementation for the Gauss hypergeometric function, `hyp2f1`.
