Description
There's an issue with `prevGraphemeClusterBreak` package, if I compare the results with `nextGraphemeClusterBreak` for a single skin tone emoji it doesn't return the same values,
```
prevGraphemeClusterBreak( '👉🏿' ) // returns 1
nextGraphemeClusterBreak( '👉🏿' ) // returns -1
```
