Component: Core Language: R Type: Enhancement

Since it's much more compact, it might make sense to carry it around rather than a full network object. It could also be used to simplify the ergm_state and the extended state API: instead of carrying around a nw0 object and a separate edge list, the sampler could simply update the much simpler networkLite object in C.
