Description
Should be similar to helm dry-run. It should output a script which prints out commands that can be run on a bash shell.
Currently stackablectl only supports installing helm packages and k8s manifests, they should be easily map-able to bash commands.
E.g.
helm install minio
kubectl apply - << "EOF"
TrinoCluster
EOF

Research direction
Start at the stackablectl CLI entry point and trace how Helm packages and Kubernetes manifests are installed. Define how a dry run should render those operations as a Bash script, then verify that the output contains runnable Helm and kubectl commands without performing the installation.
