It would also be nice to add some gpu examples, in particular CUDA
- profiling
- benchmarks
- use SetIterationTime to manually set time in google benchmark
- use cuda API for runtime of a kernel
- simulation
- don't appear to be any emulation / simulation options for CUDA any more
