Description
Describe the new feature
I would like to change tabs (Database Structure, Browse Data, Edit Pragmas, Execute SQL) with Control+PageUp/Control+PageDown regardless where the focus is.
Today I've seen that Control+Tab works, but Control+PageUp/Down would be preferred.
I'm used to Control+PageUp/Down in other software that I use (e.g. Firefox) and miss it in sqlitebrowser.
Another way would be to be able to setup shortcuts so each user could choose them.

Research direction
Start by locating the tab navigation and the existing Control+Tab handling for Database Structure, Browse Data, Edit Pragmas, and Execute SQL. Done means Control+PageUp and Control+PageDown change tabs regardless of focus, while preserving the existing behavior.
