Description
Small issue.
When you click into the code window, the cursor doesn't appear or place ONLY when you click on the bottom line. You can click on any other line or place in the window and the cursor will place correctly.
Workaround: click on the line above the bottom line and use arrows to get to the place desired in the bottom line.
This is occurring for me in Chrome and Safari, both current versions as of 10/14/16.
Happens on first load of the page and consistently while interacting with it.
Have not tested in Firefox or other browsers.

Research direction
No file, test, or entry point is named. Reproduce the cursor-placement problem in the code window in current Chrome or Safari, then trace the relevant UI entry point; done means clicking any position on the bottom line places the cursor correctly without the workaround.
