Description
The current version of the server does not support the upload of empty files, currently simvue.run.Run.save does not inform the user that the upload was unsuccessful. Until the server is updated to support these files an exception should be raised when this is attempted.
Currently this is given only as a warning, for now an exception raise or just switching it to be an error would be better.

Research direction
Start at simvue.run.Run.save and inspect how an empty file upload currently produces a warning. Change the behavior so attempting this unsupported upload raises an exception, then verify that the warning is no longer the reported outcome.
