Research direction
The issue does not name a file, command entry point, or test to start from. Trace the existing favourite-related CLI commands and their tests, then determine how a list operation should expose favourites for scripting and verify the resulting command behavior.

Description
I'd like to script a loop to go through and batch unfavourite past favourites. I understand this would be rate limited. Is there a "List favourites" feature that that it can take advantage of?
