Hi - I've installed Ruby 2.1.7, DevKit-mingw64-32-4.7.2-20130224-1151-sfx.exe, and then successfully installed and authorized t on Windows 10. Commands like "t help" and "t accounts" work, but "t whois @allenpg" and similar return this error:

SSL_connect returned=1 errno=0 state=SSLv3 read server certificate B: certificate verify failed

I applied the fix at https://gist.github.com/luislavena/f064211759ee0f806c88 - but with no luck.
