Description

Mac question..

A friend got an iMac from another friend, and they didn't wipe the computer, so it's asking for a password to log in.

She just wants to start fresh.

They are in North Carolina and I am in NY, so I can't do this in person for them.

The question -- can you format a Mac without logging into it?
