Reproduce the outline-creation flow in Chrome on Windows, then check the save behavior, the open dialog, Instant Outline watch, and View OPML. Done means a newly created outline persists, the watch shows valid dates, and View OPML no longer reports “Not found.”

Description

Returning user. When I create a new outline - e.g., notes - it doesn't appear to save it. Close the outline and it doesn't appear in the open dialog. Instant Outline watch has a "undefined; Invalid Date; Invalid Date" in the upper-right corner. View OPML come up with 'Not found.' Chrome on Windows. Twitter = @theronkelso. Ideas?
