Instead of specifying a table prefix when calling model_manager.create_performance_definition() allow a single table name to be passed.
Should still following restrictions on table naming (prefix_sequence_time_model). Populate dataTable parameter in request instead of dataPrefix

Research direction
Start at model_manager.create_performance_definition() and trace how the request currently populates dataPrefix. Support a single table name while retaining the prefix_sequence_time_model naming restrictions, and populate dataTable instead; verify the generated request uses the expected parameter.
