Logs if applicable (In Rectangle menu, hold option, "View Logging..."): Doesn't seem applicable

I was trying out the Todo Mode, and it doesn't seem to respect the "Gaps between windows" setting. It snaps to the very top//bottom/right of the visible height, no matter what the gap setting is set to.
