Research direction
Start by reproducing the snapping failure with Swift Shift on macOS Tahoe and inspect the window snapping overlay and resize flow. Confirm whether the overlay remains visible after the attempted snap, then verify that snapping completes and the overlay is dismissed without Swift Shift.
