Description

Currently, openProject() errors when not being in a project.

I am using rstudioapi::openProject(newSession = FALSE) via a keybinding to conveniently reload RStudio via a keybinding. It would be great if this function would not error when not being in a project but just reload the "Project (None)" fallback.
