Description
Given the following template:

<html lang="en">
<head>
<meta charset="utf-8">
</head>
<body>
{{content}}
<!-->
<p id = "{{id}}>This used to be here</p>
<-->
</body>
</html>
Running htmlTemplate("template.html", content = "xx") will fail:
> htmlTemplate("template.html", content = "xx")
Error in eval(parse(text = piece), env) : object 'id' not found
It would be nice if htmlTemplate() could ignore commented parts from the HTML file :)
