Description
When setting up ROScopter in hardware, in general you should check estimator output, tune the controllers, and carefully watch inputs/outputs.
We should create a "test flight prep/procedure" page that documents
- What we do when setting up a new airframe (checking all control loops from ground up)
- What are typical things that need to be checked preflight (every time) and how we conduct flight tests

Research direction
Start by reviewing the existing ROSflight documentation and the hardware setup workflow. Cover new-airframe control-loop checks, recurring preflight checks, and the flight-test procedure; done means a complete test-flight-prep page that addresses all three areas.
