描述
Currently, the window implemented in this PR https://github.com/redhat-developer/vscode-java/pull/850 is only shown when we select the menu action "Organize Imports".
For people that use java.saveActions.organizeImports: true, it resolves all non-ambiguous imports, but we still have to go back and resolve the ambiguous imports in the editor, OR to open the menu action "Organize Inputs"
Proposal:
If java.saveActions.organizeImports is true and we find that there are ambiguous results, open that window and focus on it.
Can also have settings flag whether people want that feature or not.
