37% StartingJava Language Server...

The VS-Code‘s Status Bar has been always shows "37% StartingJava Language Server...", when I open a project of VUE(a framework of js+html+css) and edit debug config.
And, it does not automatically create "lunch. Json".

Other, [F1]->[Java: Open JavaLanguage Server log file ], this command can't work, it can't open a log window.

Start by reproducing the persistent "37% StartingJava Language Server" status in a Vue project while editing the debug configuration, then inspect the reported output-window logs. Check the Java: Open JavaLanguage Server log file command as well. Done means the language server completes startup, the expected launch.json is created, and the log command opens its log window.
