The Ext always consider the direct build folder will located inside workplace folder

Describe the bug
The Ext always consider the direct build folder will located inside workspace folder.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
So, if I set the following config in Pom.xml:

c:/x folder/builds/${project.artifactId}

the Ext. will create [/x folder/builds/${project.artifactId}] inside the workspace directory and will use it for compiling.

Expected behavior
use the same folder that set in pom.xml.
I always set the build folder outside workspace folder to avoid OneDrive synch issues. and this settings working well with all IDEs and ext except this one.

首先跟踪扩展如何从 Pom.xml 读取构建目录并解析配置的路径。使用 workspace 外部的 c:/x folder/builds/${project.artifactId} 重现该问题，然后验证编译使用的正是这个外部目录，而不是创建相对于 workspace 的文件夹。
