Feature request: "editor.autoClosingBrackets": "onlyIfLineToTheRightIsEmpty"

common annoyance using "editor.autoClosingBrackets": "beforeWhitespace"
Frequently ends up looking like:
if(true){} code.exisingCode();

suggest new option, "editor.autoClosingBrackets": "onlyIfLineToTheRightIsEmpty" (with a better name, obvs)

Steps To Reproduce

1. start with code e.g. this.clazz = clazz;
2. try to put it in an if statement with any whitespace, results in if(true){} this.clazz = clazz;
