Research direction

Reproduce the upgrade flow in the vscode-java extension with JDK 17 on Windows 10, using the jodd project and the java.import.gradle.java.home setting. Start from the Gradle upgrade prompt and compare this project with one where the upgrade succeeds; done means the Gradle wrapper upgrades successfully for jodd.
