Disable block comment formatting still result comment get formated

So in my profile I already set this

However when I format the comment suppose I want the line to be like this

	/**************************************************************
	 * METHOD : countCSVLine
	 * IMPORT : none
	 * EXPORT : lineNum (int)
	 * ASSERTION : Reading csv file & return the number of lines
	 **************************************************************/

but what happens is, it will become like this:

	/**************************************************************
	 * METHOD : countCSVLine IMPORT : none EXPORT : lineNum (int) ASSERTION : Reading csv file & return the number of
	 * lines
	 **************************************************************/
