using redhat java plugin adds files and settings into
.config/Code - OSS/User/workspaceStorage/22dc90a0216b40526a440f21fc5cdf72/redhat.java/ss_ws

without a human clicking any settings. if the plugin generates it automatic it would be nice to not save it at all, or put it into cache in case it slows down the plutin otherwise.
