Go to Symbol in Workspace... command QuickPick should not require prefix and support camel case abbrivations to match types

This is really a request for environment:

Eclipse JDT's Open Type dialog supports using *,? and camel case abbrivations to match the type names. For example:

OAuConf*tion

will find all Oauth2 related auto configuration classes.

Basically what this enhancement is asking for is something equivalent of what is documented here.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Go to Symbol in Workspace...
2. One has to type the prefix to start matching types.
