Code formatting not correct

Environment

• Operating System: build 11.0.9.1+1-Ubuntu-0ubuntu1.18.04
• JDK version: openjdk 11.0.9.1 2020-11-04
• Visual Studio Code version: 1.51.1
• Java extension version: v0.72.0

Steps To Reproduce

I import eclipse code formatting file.
Sample: <Type> builder()
It always delete white space after the closed angle bracket >, but the setting in xml file is insert a white space.
insert_space_after_closing_angle_bracket_in_type_arguments" value="insert"
Other formatted code look good. But i'm nervous there are more setting not run in right way.
Please fix this.
