"No suggestions" for autocompletion inside a lambda

Sometimes autocompletion is unable to provide suggestions inside a lambda

Steps To Reproduce

Copy-paste the code below in a Java file & try autocompletion. Note that autocompletion does work on the line outside the lambda.
