Possibly related to 8d73630aa5463c394d1b825d35b804a2a9e4324b (#8058). So, C/C'ing @poteto.

Reproduce the client-side exception on the useLayoutEffect reference page in Chromium or Firefox and inspect the browser console for the duplicate /src/App.js snippet error. Compare the page with related issue #8058 and identify the duplicated snippet path. Done means the page loads without the client-side exception and its snippets have unique paths.
