Description
Summary
React cache doesn't cache values in a server action.

Details
Multiple calls to a cache'd function would return a fresh call. This is reasonable but I think it needs a callout in the docs.

Research direction
Start at the React cache reference page linked in the issue and review how caching behavior is currently described. Add a clear callout explaining that repeated calls to a cached function return fresh calls in a server action, then verify the documentation accurately reflects this behavior.
