Document behaviour for rendering true

When discussing conditional rendering, it's stated that React ignores falses, but it's not clear what happens in the true case. For instance, this.props.shouldSkip || dom.div(null, ...). I'm pretty sure that the actual behaviour is that all booleans are ignored, but it would be nice if it was firmly documented.
