handle errors

The React team believes that server-side errors should be handled in the second then argument. But if an error occurs (an error in our logic) in the first argument of then, it will not be caught. So you think that logic errors should be caught elsewhere (maybe Error Boundary)?

从 issue 中的 fetch 示例开始，将 then 的第二个参数与 catch 和 React Error Boundaries 进行比较。确认在第一个 callback 中抛出的错误如何传播，然后找出相关的 React 文档页面；一旦指南清楚地说明每种错误在哪里处理，就将 issue 定义为已解决。
