How to decide when a resource/tutorial could be considered "oficial"

Hey there, I'm one of the maintainers of the React documentation in Spanish.

We're having a hard time deciding what courses/blog posts/videos/material we should add in our tutorials sections. We ( me, @carburo and @Darking360 ) wonder how can we decide whether a course could be considered as "official/blessed" so we can add it in the docs. How did you decide that an article is good enough to be included in the official documentation.

I know this is a really hard question to answer because this is a matter of taste, but any guidance here will be super helpful!
