Remove deprecated APIs

Description

The APIs listed below are already replaced, broken, or no longer do anything. They should be removed to keep the surface small and avoid confusing new users.

We should clean each one up once the version it was deprecated in is flagged as unsupported. The React Native releases page lists which versions are still supported, so use it to decide when removal is safe.

I will open multiple PRs to clean these up, one per API.

先从 React Native releases 页面开始，确认已弃用 API 的引入版本已不再受支持。选择一个未勾选的条目—VirtualizedList disableVirtualization、TextInput blurOnSubmit 或 SafeAreaView—然后检查其实现和对应的 PR 引用；当该 API 被安全移除后即算完成。
