[Build from source] React Native 0.81.4 Cannot build from source when following the doc

Description

Following this doc to build from source for React Native. But cannot run yarn android. I think I missed something from the docs?

Steps to reproduce

1. Start a fresh project
2. Following doc from https://reactnative.dev/contributing/how-to-build-from-source
3. run yarn android

Commencez par la documentation de compilation de React Native depuis les sources et le cas de reproduction obligatoire, puis comparez son package.json et son settings.gradle avec l’échec signalé de yarn android. Déterminez pourquoi la commande react-native n’est pas disponible et vérifiez la configuration documentée dans l’environnement fourni. C’est terminé lorsqu’un projet vierge suivant la documentation peut exécuter yarn android avec succès depuis le checkout des sources.
