Android: <Text> does not respect color="transparent" in React Native 0.81.0

Description

On React Native 0.81.0 (Android only), setting color: 'transparent' on a component does not work as expected. The text is still visible instead of being transparent.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a simple React Native app with a component.
2. Apply style={{ color: 'transparent' }}.
3. Run on Android.

Stacktrace or Logs

No crash or error logs are shown in Metro or adb logcat.  
The app runs normally — the issue is only with text rendering.

Le travail est terminé lorsque le texte n’est pas rendu visiblement sur Android, tandis que le comportement iOS signalé reste inchangé, et qu’une coverage a été ajoutée si l’emplacement de test pertinent est identifié.
