Android: <Text> does not respect color="transparent" in React Native 0.81.0

Description

On React Native 0.81.0 (Android only), setting color: 'transparent' on a component does not work as expected. The text is still visible instead of being transparent.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a simple React Native app with a component.
2. Apply style={{ color: 'transparent' }}.
3. Run on Android.

The app runs normally — the issue is only with text rendering.

Done means the text is not visibly rendered on Android while the reported iOS behavior remains unaffected, with coverage added if the relevant test location is identified.
