Unable to move cursor in absolutely positioned TextInput on Android when parent View has zIndex

Description

On Android, when a TextInput is absolutely positioned and its parent View has a zIndex style property applied, the cursor within the TextInput cannot be moved after initial focus. Tapping on different parts of the TextInput does not change the cursor's position.

Comienza con el repositorio obligatorio de reproducción y ejecuta yarn android para confirmar que añadir zIndex al elemento padre impide mover el cursor en el TextInput posicionado absolutamente. Compara el comportamiento con y sin zIndex; se considera terminado cuando los usuarios de Android pueden tocar diferentes partes del TextInput enfocado y mover el cursor con normalidad.
