TextInput: No events triggered and no text displayed when typing Korean on AndroidReact Native 0.73.8)

Description

I created a new React Native project using npx react-native init text.
After completing the setup, I ran the app on Android using yarn android without any additional configurations.
However, when using the TextInput component, typing Korean does not trigger any events (onChange, onChangeText, etc.) and no text is displayed in the input field.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a new React Native project: npx react-native init text.
2. Run the app on an Android device using yarn android.
3. Add a TextInput component with onChange or onChangeText event handlers.
4. Type Korean characters into the TextInput.

È completato quando l’input coreano viene visualizzato in TextInput e attiva gli handler onChange o onChangeText segnalati senza errori nella console.
