Touchable is unresponsive during internal ScrollView scroll on iOS

Description

I can't press buttons during carousel scrolling in another place of ScrollView. Only on iOS.
Also if touch button down and keep finger: on scroll start button will be unpressed.

Steps to reproduce

Press button during scroll.
Or touch button down, keep finger and see what happening on scroll start.

Suivez les chemins pertinents de React Native ScrollView et de gestion des interactions tactiles, puis vérifiez que les boutons restent activables pendant le défilement interne et qu’une pression active se comporte comme prévu lorsque le défilement commence.
