Description

Description

If we have a parent view, and render Touch like elements, (for eg. - Button, Pressable, TouchableOpacity) outside the Parent View with overflow:'visible' the Touch works fine.
But if I render a ScrollView outside the parent view, it doesn't scroll.

Research direction

Start with the linked Expo Snack reproducer and verify the overflow behavior on Android, iOS, and Web. Trace the ScrollView behavior against the working Button, Pressable, and TouchableOpacity cases; done means the overflowing ScrollView scrolls correctly on the affected platforms.
