Description

I am trying to create Intent Extension but encountering an issue when building my project where the linker command fails with the following error message:

Steps to reproduce

1. Clone the repository and navigate to the project directory.
2. Run yarn
3. Open the .xcworkspace file in Xcode.
4. Select the extension scheme and build target.
5. Attempt to build the project using Xcode.

Screenshots and Videos

Use the linked RNExtensionIssue reproducer and open its iOS .xcworkspace in Xcode. Build the IntentExt scheme, then inspect the IntentHandler.o reference to RCTRootView and the extension's linked pods and frameworks. Done means the IntentExt target links successfully without the undefined-symbol error.
