Description
Description
The window height doesn't include the navigation bar height when it's displayed as "translucent". This also occurs if you enable edge-to-edge mode, which similarly shows the app UI under the system UI.
Steps to reproduce

Research direction
Start by running the linked rn-android-window-dimensions-reproducer and inspect how useWindowDimensions reports height when Android system UI is translucent or edge-to-edge. Trace the Android window-dimension handling from the hook to the native window metrics; done means the reported dimensions include the navigation bar and the affected status bar cases on Android.
